🏡 Access to the land:
There is an unpaved, mulch driveway that leads to the property.
If you need assistance down the driveway, text B at 323-606-2136
There are two porta-potties on-site and one is ADA accessible.
🪔 Scent Sensitivities:
Copal and other incense will be burning upon arrival.
😷 COVID-19:
The Cookout 2024 is a predominately outdoor event.
Air filters will be located in indoor spaces with fans for ventilation.
If you feel sick, we encourage folks to stay home and to test prior to the event.
Masks will be provided for all those who need them. There will be air filters
🎶 Sound Sensitivities:
The sanctuary will serve as a soft landing space for those who need to be lightly separated from the direct sound outside.
Ear plugs will be provided to those that need them.
🐕🦺 Service Animals:
If you have a service animal we can provide water and ask that you:
Keep your fury friend on the leash at all times
Respect attendees need for space re: allergies
Ensure they are not violent or aggressive towards community members.

🏡 Check-In:
There will be a check-in table for all pre-purchased tickets. Please have your ticket confirmation Ready.
If you have not purchased a ticket, you will need to fill out the intake form and be approved in order to attend the party.
Note: You must have filled out the intake form in order to attend the event.
🪔 Sacred Offerings
Freedom Community Clinic will be onsite from 3:30-6pm providing community acupuncture and cleansing.
The Sanctuary space will have a sacred library feature black, queer and trans writers, soft seating,
meditative sounds, a free clothing store and more.
🍔 Food Vendor
There will be vegan and meat based options available for purchase from The Plant Based Savage
🎶 Attire
The event will take place both indoors and outdoors.
We encourage all those attending the after hours munch, dress warmly and bring additional layers.
🛍 Marketplace
There will be a marketplace with vendors ranging from tattoos, clothing, massage and more.
